Back-office Sales Manager

We are looking for a Back-office Sales Manager for the ELOP Cobri concrete scanner and associated digital solutions to join our team. The role is part of the business development team. Your application knowledge and network with customers are key assets in developing the ELOP sales. With Norway as a starting point, ELOP is over the next year establishing sales in Norway, the Nordic countries and Europe. However, as one of our first sales employees, you will have large flexibility as to the organization of work and opportunities for wordwide assignments.

In addition to being a sales representative, it is required that you are structured and organized as well as quality oriented. The position is the bridge between market and sales and shall systematicly ensure that all customers are served when ELOP is approached. Moreover, the position is essential in bridging the sales to the delivery process.

The right candidate excellence is in communication. Sales and marketing of new, disruptive solutions are qualities that defines you.

Primarily we are looking for candidates with MSc/BSc in marketing, instrumentation (sensors), electronics, computer science or similar preferable with knowledge / experience with ultrasound technology. The right candidate has 3-5 years of relevant experience from industry with proven excellence in meeting expectations.
