Elop Technology has signed a letter of intent (LOI) with FTS., Ltd., a Japanese company specializing in retail and rental of NDT (non-destructive testing) equipment and construction machinery in Japan, for the distribution rights of Elop Technology’s products in the Japanese market.
FTS., Ltd. has simultaneously placed an order for one Elop Insight unit, which the company will use to demonstrate the product for potential clients.
The distribution agreement is expected to be signed in Q1 2022.
