Head of sales

Are you passionate about technology and developing customer relations, exploring opportunities in the market, and playing your part in developing a new company? If you want to help transform the industry, this is your chance to make a difference and be part of an exciting scale-up. You will be responsible for establishing and driving sales activities and strategies for our software products world wide, securing ELOP to meet its revenue growth objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

· Developing a business model and a go to market strategy for ELOP’s software products, including segmenting, pricing, distribution and marketing

· Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

· Managing prospective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle

· Provide feedback from the market, identify needs and opportunities

· Build a team of dedicated sales professionals around you

· Collaborating closely with the rest of the management team

 

Most of these statements should describe you:

· Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant subjects

· Proven track record of sales and possibly sales management

· Familiar with the industry – either building/infrastructure or similar

· Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit

· Problem-solving attitude

· Understanding of SaaS sales

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Norwegian/Swedish/Danish

· Excellent collaboration skills

· Comfortable in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
