UX designer

Are you our new UX designer? Are you passionate about design and technology and how we can build solutions to transform data into insight and knowledge? We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference, making an impact on how people work and transform the industry.

Main responsibility is to enhance customer satisfaction, improving the usability, accessibility and pleasure associated with our products. You will be involved in product vision and strategies, forming concepts and ideas. You will be responsible for detailed digital design and visual language, combining interfaces and workflows. As part of the digital solution team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product and services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with users to understand challenges and needs
  • Combine interface design concepts with digital design
  • Use recent studies and findings to establish the best overall design elements
  • Conduct testing of sample applications and software to assess user experience and ease of design
  • Collaborate with product manager, analysts and developers to transform visions into reality
  • Build storyboards and wireframes to conceptualize designs
  • Enhance user experience by creating seamless navigation through various digital programs and interfaces within the company
  • Analyze customer responses and website data
  • Prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
  • Encourage cooperation and teamwork

Most of these statements should describe you:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, web development, graphic design or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as UX designer, UI designer or similar role, strong portfolio of design projects creating and implementing UX design
  • Understanding product specifications and user psychology
  • Proven ability to assess user needs and translate them into relevant solutions
  • Proficient in visual design software
  • Familiar with information architecture
  • Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot
  • Enjoying bringing abstract concepts to life
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
