Elop’s AI business unit Simplifai has landed a contract with insurance specialists Knif Trygghet Forsikring AS.

Knif Trygghet Forsikring AS is very similar to the biggest non-life insurance giants, and this agreement confirms our solid presence in this industry, Myrstad continues.
The contract comprises licence agreements and delivery of Documentbot and Emailbot technologies, with front-end and backend integrations within claims settlements departments as well as within customer service.
Automation to optimise workflow
Receiving thousands of e-mails and documents every month, Knif Trygghet Forsikring AS needs help to handle and manage large quantities of documents and email correspondence. Simplifai’s solutions will automate repetitive tasks such as categorisation of documents and written enquiries, manage metadata and sort the enquiries into the right pipeline.
This will contribute to provide Knif Trygghet Forsikring AS with smarter and more efficient workflows, optimising on time and cost as well as reducing the time their employees spend on manual handling of documents.

The agreement initially consists of a pilot phase, verifying the technology, before the solution is put into regular operation on an annual agreement provided that pre-agreed criteria are met.
